Question: If there’s a safety incident on my roof, would I be held responsible?
Answer: If there’s an incident on the roof and if it’s something very serious or tragic, everybody’s name will be in the paper. Nobody wants to be associated with a preventable incident. At Simon Roofing, that’s why we are so dedicated to making sure that before we step foot on your rooftop, we understand exactly what the hazards are and what are we going to do to mitigate those hazards. Now, if there were an incident, which is unlikely, we are going to be responsible. We have policies and procedures in place for any type of emergency that our employees review prior to beginning work.
