Answer: Simon Roofing uses various metrics to determine how well we are doing and we can do to improve. We have a continuous improvement process, as well. We are certified under ISO 9001 and we look at any type of incident or issue that we have and follow a nonconformance process that also includes looking back at near misses. This way, anything that could likely have happened, we can look at ways of how it could have been prevented. There are also metrics that we are required to keep by federal law.
